Meet the Company Director
Before beginning Priority Errands LLC, people kept telling me how tired and frustrated they were with all that they had to do because it never left any time for what they wanted to do. That needed to change.
So, in June 2002 the first Lifestyle Management Service – Priority Errands LLC - opened in the Fox Valley. After spending 15 years in the customer service field and being a full time mother, the lifestyle management/errand/concierge industry seemed a natural move. I had first hand experience in juggling work and family as well as having a large, unfinished to-do list.
How do you find a balance?
Each person I meet with has different needs. My job is to learn about that person’s needs in order to provide them the best service possible. This is done by asking the right questions and listening to the answers. Then suggestions are made on how a few simple changes can help them save valuable time and elimate their overwhelmed feelings. Just knowing there is a trustworthy partner available to count on, really gives the client peaceful state of mind.
My oldest daughter has great insight and once told me this: “Time is the one thing that humans fear most, because it is the one thing we all have so little of.”
I believe in that statement 100% and it lead to the business motto: Saving Your Time for Top Priorities! Spend your most valuable asset doing what you love and with those you love. Delegate the rest.
